As I read these rules:

All away lakes (Amistad, Choke Canyon, and O.H. Ivie) will be open Friday prior to the tournament for practice. On these lakes, fishing will be prohibited from 12:00 AM Monday one week before the tournament until 12:00 AM Friday the day before the tournament.

What about after 3pm on saturday if we want to go mess around?

Gene, I think the way it was meant to be is that the lakes are off from Sunday night (midnight) til Thursday night (midnight) and ONLY Friday as a practice day. This means that because we have a tourney Sunday the lake will be off limit Saturday after 2:30PM til start time on Sunday 6:00AM. If next year you would like for this to be changed it has to be done at the yearly meeting in November. Hope this clear this up if you have any questions call me.
